How do I book items to hire?
Simply use our Contact Us page and fill out the form with your request. Alternatively, feel free to call, text or email us. We usually respond within 5 hours.
What is the minimum and maximum number of stools/chairs/tables I can hire for?
You can hire any number of stools/chairs/tables. We have up to 100 stools, 20 adult chairs, 20 kids trestle tables (4ft) and 3 large trestle tables (6ft) available for hire. Please visit our Tables and Chairs hire page for our unbeatable package deals!
Where do I pick up the hired items from?
We are located in Success, Western Australia.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, please contact us with your suburb for a quote.
Do you offer set up when you deliver the items?
No, we are unable to offer this service.
When can I return the hired items?
All hired items are priced on a per 2-day rate. Items can be collected the day before your party and returned by the evening after the party or next morning. We will arrange a suitable time for you to return the items.
Do I need to clean the hired items?
No, simply place them back neatly in the bags or tubs provided. We will clean and sterilise all of our items.
What if I break or lose a party item?
Should any hired item goes missing or is broken, the cost to replace the item/s will be deducted from the security bond that you will be required to pay before or at the time of collection or delivery of the items.
When do I pay you?
A non-refundable $20 deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your booking. An invoice will be emailed to you with our bank details. The balance and a $50 - $150 security bond can be paid via bank transfer before the party date, at least 3 business days need to clear, or in cash at time of pick up/ delivery.
How do I pay you?
We accept direct bank deposit before delivery of the goods, or cash on pick up/ delivery of the goods.
When do I get my bond back?
Your bond will be returned to you when the goods are returned undamaged. Any breakage or missing items will incur charges and the cost to replace the item/s will be deducted from the $50 -$150 security bond.
How do I get my bond back?
We will return your bond to you by cash or bank transfer. We will contact you to obtain details.
What if I have to cancel my party?
Your deposit is non-refundable, but we would be happy to transfer this deposit to an alternative party date, subject to availability.
All our customers' personal details are secured. We take privacy seriously at Little Merry Go Rounds and will not send or rent your personal details to anyone.
